Workshop Description

Colour & Creativity Ages 6–12 Get ready to become a colour explorer! We'll experiment, discover and play with colour in ways you may never have tried before. LET'S WONDER What are primary colours? Are black and white true colours? What are the colours of the rainbow? Can we create every colour using just a few colours? What happens when light and colour work together? LET'S CREATE Through hands-on experiments we'll discover how colours mix, change and interact before creating a beautiful project to take home. LET'S TEST We'll mix, compare, predict and experiment to see how different colours behave. LET'S EXPLORE Which colour was easiest to make? Why? Did everyone end up with the same orange, green, pink and purple? What does that tell us? What would you do differently? LET'S REFLECT We'll share our discoveries and leave seeing the colourful world around us in a completely new way.
